Dear Sir or Madam,
It is not Italian, but French from the early fourteenth century. The castle and armor seem French but most revealing is the plow, which is an assart plow used in the heavy soils of northern France and northern Europe in general, but not in the Mediterranean. The castle was one of those in the lands of the Dukes of Burgundy. I think your image is based on this manuscript illumination:
